1. General Policy: All Sales Final

At WorkEdge, we specialize in providing high-quality digital products, including downloadable templates, eBooks, strategy guides, and software assets.

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is complete and the download link has been made available to you, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned.” Once you have downloaded the file, you have permanent access to the intellectual property. Therefore, we do not honor requests for refunds based on “change of mind” or “accidental purchase.”

2. Why We Have This Policy

This strict policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and the integrity of our business. It prevents the misuse of our content where a user might purchase a product, download the assets, and then request a refund while keeping the files.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.

3. Exceptional Circumstances (Technical Issues)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to ensuring you receive the product you paid for. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or resolution in the following specific cases:

Non-Delivery of Product: If you successfully paid but did not receive the download link via email or in your account dashboard.

Major Technical Defect: If the file you downloaded is corrupt, damaged, or technically unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working file within a reasonable timeframe (48–72 hours).

Please Note: Incompatibility with your specific device or software (e.g., buying an Excel template when you only have Google Sheets) does not qualify as a technical defect. Please read the product description and software requirements carefully before purchasing.

4. Duplicate Purchases

In the event that you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice (duplicate transaction), we will refund the duplicate transaction fee after verifying the payment records.

5. Cancellation of Services

If WorkEdge offers any subscription-based services (e.g., a monthly community membership):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle after cancellation.
